Meet the Director and Principal
Anton Conus (B.L.Arch, Grad.Cert.Urb.Des, Adv.Cert.Urb.Hort, Cert IV Small.Bus.Mgt, RLA AILA)
The Director and Principal, Anton Conus, completed a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree at The University of NSW, graduating in 1994. Extremely passionate about plants and the natural environment, he then studied Urban Horticulture at Ryde TAFE (1995). He recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Urban Design at University of Sydney (2018). Anton also possesses a Certificate 1V in Small Business Management (Gosford, 2006). He is a Registered Landscape Architect with The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA), Registration Number 8420.
Anton gained extensive public and private sector experience in all aspects of landscape architecture prior to establishing the Practice in 2006. This experience was achieved through working for a number of private Sydney landscape architecture firms in addition to local government. Consequently, after more than 25 years in the landscape architecture industry, he has achieved invaluable experience on both sides of the development process, which he brings to the practice. His passion and extensive knowledge of plants has been earned through working for both wholesale and retail nurseries in addition to maintaining communication with several large-scale nursery wholesalers.
